Effective 10/01/2026, all Secure Health contracted providers are served notice that all network contractual agreements are effectively terminated.

As we work to close out Network Operations for claims with 2025 dates of service, we encourage you to get your final claims submitted. All Network Operations will cease on 12/31/2026.
